FAQ's

A member of the Crease team will be in touch within 1–2 business days to discuss your requirements, confirm product selection, and guide you through the next steps. If you're enquiring about a custom build, we'll use that conversation to understand your brief before moving forward.

The Collection is our range of pre-developed styles, available for branding and ordering against set MOQs with shorter lead times. Custom is an end-to-end development service where we build a garment to your specification from scratch — fabric, construction, fit, and finish. Both paths result in fully branded product, the difference is in how much of the product is developed specifically for you.

Our MOQs start at 100 units per style, per colourway, scaling to 300, 500, and 1000 depending on the product. Minimum order quantities exist because garment manufacturing operates on production runs — cutting, sewing, finishing, and quality control are all process-based, meaning the cost and logistics only become viable above a certain volume threshold. Our MOQs are set to give brands genuine flexibility while keeping production quality consistent.

Yes. Sampling is available at sample cost with a 5–7 day turnaround. We strongly recommend sampling before placing a full order, particularly for custom builds or where fit and fabric feel are critical to your decision.

Sample packs purchased through the website are non-refundable and non-returnable. They are provided as a reference for fabric, construction, and finish quality ahead of a production order.

Crease operates across two locations — Phoenix, USA and Guangzhou, China. Our manufacturing is based in Guangzhou, with commercial and client-facing operations running out of Phoenix.

Customisation options vary by product but include screenprint, DTG, embroidery, heat transfer, woven patch, silicone patch, and 3M reflective decoration. Labelling options include woven labels, tear away labels, heat pressed labels, hangtags, and UPC barcodes. Packaging options include standard and custom polybag

Submit an enquiry through the Contact page with as much detail as possible — product type, estimated quantity, required delivery date, and any branding or customisation requirements. You can email us at info@creasegroup.com if you already have designs. The more context you give us, the faster we can turn around an accurate quote.

Yes. We work with brands globally. Shipping is available internationally via both air and ocean freight, and our team is experienced in managing cross-border production and logistics.
