SANA

Challenge

SANA is a Detroit-based brand with a strong local following and a deep understanding of how to activate its community. The challenge wasn’t demand, it was consistency. With frequent activations, drops, and a highly engaged audience, the brand needed to: Keep products in stock without losing exclusivity Maintain quality while increasing speed React quickly to trends and moments within their community Avoid the stop-start cycle of one-off drops Without the right product system, strong demand risks turning into missed sales and inconsistent output.

Goal

Our role was to build a product structure that could keep up with SANA’s pace, while still maintaining quality and control. This focused on two key areas: Developing a core collection repeat order program, allowing SANA to always have access to proven, high-performing products that can be restocked consistently Building a system that supports both long-term planning and short-term agility, so the brand can prepare ahead while still reacting to real-time opportunities To support this, we set up a dedicated product team, including: Account management Product development Merchandising Technical design Supply chain leadership The objective was to move SANA away from reactive production and into a position where product becomes a reliable engine for growth.

Result

SANA now operates with a product system that matches the energy of its community. The core collection program ensures consistent availability of key products, reducing missed opportunities and allowing the brand to scale proven styles A structured development pipeline enables the team to plan ahead without losing flexibility, balancing consistency with creativity Fast turnaround capabilities allow SANA to capitalize on trends and community moments, without compromising product quality A dedicated product team provides the infrastructure needed to support ongoing growth, rather than relying on fragmented workflows By aligning product with how SANA actually operates, we’ve helped turn their community-driven demand into something repeatable, scalable, and commercially reliable.
