Form is a fast-scaling brand operating in one of the most competitive categories, premium activewear. The challenge wasn’t just producing great products, it was building a system that could support growth without compromising quality, timelines, or brand consistency. As demand increased, so did the complexity: More styles, more drops, tighter timelines Higher expectations around fit, fabric, and finish The need to balance long-term planning with fast reactions to market demand Without the right structure in place, scaling would create bottlenecks, inconsistencies, and missed opportunities.
Goal
Our role was to build a product development and production foundation that allows Form to scale with control. This meant: Creating a clear drop planning framework, so collections are designed, developed, tested, and refined months ahead of launch Developing custom fabrics that differentiate the brand in a saturated market, particularly within their activewear line Taking ownership of end-to-end product development, from concept through to final production Implementing systems that ensure consistency at volume, without slowing down the brand’s ability to move quickly The objective wasn’t just to make product, it was to give Form the infrastructure to grow properly.
Result
Form now operates with a product pipeline built for scale. Their activewear line, developed through a custom fabric program, has become a core part of the brand’s identity and has been worn by figures like Hailey Bieber and other notable names Collections are developed well in advance, allowing for proper testing, iteration, and confident launches A multi-stage quality control system ensures consistency across high volumes, maintaining premium standards as the brand grows At the same time, the brand retains flexibility through quick turnaround production, allowing them to test new ideas and respond to their audience in real time By handling product development, sourcing, sampling, and production, we’ve allowed Form to focus on what they do best, building the brand, while we ensure the product side can keep up with their growth.
